Account information is used to provide and secure your client profile. Contact information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Information is not intended to be retained indefinitely or used for unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

Uploaded photographs are validated, stripped of embedded metadata, and re-encoded before storage. Access to administration pages is restricted. Personal information should be reviewed regularly and erased or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your right to erasure

You can use Edit profile to permanently erase your live account after confirming your password. This removes your login account, profile details, passport photograph, and contact messages associated with your account email. The right to erasure is not absolute; information held separately for a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims may need individual review. Data in backups, where applicable, should be placed beyond use and removed through the normal secure backup-expiry process.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. Requests can be sent through our contact form.
